To promote Enchantimals, Mattel hosted two Enchantimals Launch Parties in the months June and July of 2017. The former took place in London, UK, the latter in Los Angeles, California, USA. Activities included photo shoots, face painting, breakfast, and gift dolls.
London[]
The London launch party took place on June 25 on the roof terrace at Ham Yard Hotel. The event kicked off with a breakfast,[1] after which there were activities such as making floral-and-bead wreaths, photo shoots, dressing up as Felicity Fox, Bree Bunny, or Patter Peacock with face paint and head bands, playing with the dolls on display, and enjoying more fruit-based and nature-inspired sweets. At the end of the event, attendees were given goodie bags which main content was a doll.[2]
Los Angeles[]
The Los Angeles launch party was held on July 18 in the center of Santa Monica Place. Supplies and services were provided by The-Shrine, Bashery & Co., and Teak & Lace Kids Party Rentals,[3] and included an arts & crafts table, photo shoots, freeform face painting, playing with dolls on display, and a selection of colorful sweets. The event was attended by Vanessa Hudgens of High School Musical fame.[4]
